Yahoo IndexTools for free

On after the recent acquisition of IndexTools by yahoo there is a great news announced today. Yahoo pYahoo IndexTools for freelanned to provide the IndexTools to all itz customers for free of cost. The bad news is this service is currently available only to the existing customers and the new purchase has been currently stopped. So as of today the good news is only for the existing IndexTools customers. The new customers who are exciting to use the IndexTool should still wait for the day they announce to open the new product signups.

This was the most awaited news that IndexTools will be given for free. All the Web Analytics gurus predicted this when there was a talk started on the IndexTools acquisition by Yahoo. It was told that yahoo will make it for free in the competence with Google Analytics. Any how we got a better tool which said to be 80% of the costly omniture for free of cost and seems to be also better that Google Analytics. All the best.

Click-to-call ads are no longer available in India

Click-to-call ads were a wonderful method of advertising in Google through adwords. We pay only when we get calls. Unless like PPC it has more potential as we get the calls from our customers directly. We pay only per successful call connected with customers.

Unfortunately I saw the click to call campaign which I was running did not produce any on few days. I contacted Google for this issue and they addressed that Click-to-call ads are no longer available in India. I see that it is still available in other countries, probably for US accounts. Also still the option is available in my account to create Click-to-call campaigns. Letz hope it will be available soon :) Below is the mail I received from Adwords team.

ads are no longer available. So your click-to-call ads will not run now.
You may create other ad formats to advertise your products or services. I
apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We launched click-to-call ads as a short-term trial. The test has ended,
and we’re using the results to improve AdWords and build more solutions
for advertisers who value phone calls.
